GARANCO was privileged to complete this Design-Build project for Carolina Structural Systems. The project consisted of clearing, grading and sitework of 15+ acres and construction of a new 55,000 square foot wood truss manufacturing facility with 5,000+ square feet of office area. In addition, GARANCO constructed 3 stand alone buildings on site for fabrication of Engineered Wood Products and material storage.
